No direct marketplace or carrier integration is included in the version described here. Enter records manually, adjust fee inputs and update order statuses yourself. Marketplace names describe seller use cases, not official partnerships.

MarginDock brings manual pricing, inventory and dispatch tools into a browser-based workspace for owner-managed stores.
Calculate from your entered costs and percentage charges. A recommended target price uses the margin you specify. Rates are editable examples, and you should enter your actual marketplace conditions.
Keep a product name, SKU, channel, unit cost, quantity and reorder threshold. Use quantity adjustments and stock flags to see which records need attention.
Add an order reference, product, units, dispatch deadline, carrier and tracking reference. Status updates are manual. Recording an order deducts its units from recorded stock; cancelling restores them once.
Export inventory and orders as CSV or save a complete JSON workspace backup. Restore a valid backup in the same version. Local records are not synchronized to another device automatically.
Change interface language from the header without losing entered records. Currency choices in the pricing calculator label your own inputs; they do not perform currency exchange. The access pass is charged in USD.
This version has no direct Shopee, TikTok Shop, carrier or tax-authority connection. It does not purchase postage, create official fiscal documents or guarantee shipping dates, platform compliance or profit.
Enter estimated daily demand, supplier lead time, extra coverage and safety stock. See a suggested quantity using the product’s recorded stock.
Select one currency and apply packaging, shipping, fees and margin assumptions to each SKU. Export the result to CSV or import new product records from the supplied template.
Combine product costs in one currency for a kit estimate, or compare two prices and advertising percentages. These are planning tools and do not reserve stock or predict sales.
Business includes three operation workspaces and reports for each. Portfolio includes five workspaces and a consolidated report. Workspace collections stay in the browser and can be exported together.
Try the demo, understand the calculations and review access information before purchasing.
Use your product cost, packaging, shipping contribution, fixed fee and percentage charges. Check your seller agreement for current rates. The target-price estimate uses your chosen net margin, not a markup on cost.
Add a unique SKU and the units available. The reorder threshold is your own operational choice. Marketplace quantities are not imported or synchronized automatically.
Record a unique order reference and quantity. Units are deducted when the order is recorded. Update packing, shipment and delivery statuses manually. A cancelled order restores its recorded quantity once and cannot be reopened.
The demo stores records on this browser when storage is available. Browser data can be cleared or unavailable. Keep your own exported backups and do not rely on one device as the only record of your business.
Choose one of the six 30-day plans after comparing record capacity and included tools. Each is paid once in USD. After confirmed payment, access instructions are emailed and the period begins. The commercial refund policy applies to every plan.
Open Growth tools in the demo. Replenishment uses your entered demand and lead time. Batch pricing filters products by currency. Kits require components in the same currency. CSV import adds new SKUs without overwriting current stock. Select an operation before adding its records; export a complete backup to retain every operation.
Six plans. Clear capacities. Useful differences. Every option covers 30 days, paid once in USD, with no automatic renewal.

Working tools with editable example data. Records stay in this browser; no seller-account or carrier connection is made.
Use sample records or enter your own non-sensitive data. Browser storage is local, so export backups before clearing browser data or changing devices.

Apply a common cost structure to products in one currency and calculate target prices for the catalog.
Charges apply in the selected products’ currency. Review the assumptions before using or exporting the suggested prices.
Download the template, add new SKUs, then import the file. Existing SKUs are rejected so the import does not overwrite current stock.
Combine two product components, then estimate the cost, profit and target price of the kit. Stock is not reserved by this calculation.
Compare two selling prices and advertising percentages using the same fixed costs and commission.
A comparison of entered assumptions, not a sales forecast or guaranteed improvement.
Review catalog size, stock flags and pending dispatch for the active operation or all saved operations.
Cost values are separated by currency. Reports reflect manual records and do not represent verified revenue or live carrier events.
Records are kept on this browser when storage is available. Separate operations are local collections, not shared team accounts or cloud-synced stores. Export the complete backup regularly.

Business provides three separate operation workspaces; Portfolio provides five and a consolidated view. The comparison shows exactly what each plan includes.

Digital access, start date and help if your instructions do not arrive.
Effective version: October 5, 2026.
The purchase is a digital seller-workspace access pass. No physical product, postage, marketplace account or carrier service is delivered. The included tools are described on the Product page.
After a successful payment is confirmed, paid access is activated automatically and login instructions are sent to the email used at checkout. The 30-day access period starts at that confirmation, not at the first login. A pending or failed payment does not start paid access.
Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders and confirm the purchase email. If instructions are missing or do not work, email suport@MarginDock.com with the purchase email, payment date and order reference. Do not send your password or complete card information.
Support operates Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00, New York time (EST/EDT). Delivery problems will be reviewed; the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights remain available.
The interactive demo works without a paid login and uses sample records. Its records are local to the browser when storage is available. They are not sent to a marketplace or automatically copied into a paid account. Download a JSON backup if you need to retain them.
The product is intended for lawful seller operations where it may legally be provided. Payment availability depends on the payment provider and applicable restrictions. A referenced marketplace may not operate in every location. There is no promise of worldwide marketplace coverage or a guaranteed carrier service.
A clear 14-day commercial refund window, with mandatory legal rights preserved.
Effective version: October 5, 2026.
You may request a full refund of the amount paid for your access pass within 14 calendar days of successful payment confirmation, for any reason. Using the workspace during this period does not remove this eligibility. This is our commercial policy; it is not a universal refund period imposed by a payment provider.
Email suport@MarginDock.com using the purchase email if possible. Include the order or payment reference and payment date, and say that you want a refund. A reason may help us improve but is not required within the 14-day window. The date your request is received determines whether it is within the window.
We verify the purchase and submit an eligible refund to the payment provider within 3 business days after the purchase can be identified. Refunds go to the original payment method in the original charge currency, USD. We do not require a purchase fee or deduct a cancellation fee from an eligible full refund.
The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider, bank and payment method. We will confirm when the refund has been submitted. Currency conversion differences or separate charges imposed by your bank are determined by that bank, not retained by us.
Refunded paid access is ended. Export your records before access is ended where available. A refund does not cancel an order you recorded on a marketplace, reverse shipping purchases or remove records held by another service.
After this window, we review non-delivery, material service failures, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and any applicable legal right case by case. Contact us even if the window has passed when you believe one of these applies. Access expiry alone does not automatically create a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase; later changes do not reduce an existing refund entitlement. Keep your receipt and the applicable terms for your records.
A fixed-term pass, without recurring billing.
Effective version: October 5, 2026.
Every plan is a one-time purchase for 30 days from successful payment confirmation. The amount is the price of the plan selected at purchase. Access expires without automatically charging you again. Buying another period or changing plans requires a separate purchase authorization; no automatic prorated upgrade is offered.
You may stop using the service at any time. For help closing paid access, email suport@MarginDock.com with the purchase reference. Closing access is separate from requesting a refund and does not by itself submit a refund request.
Download CSV exports and a JSON backup while your records are available. Clearing browser data or using another device can remove access to local demo records. Ending a paid pass does not erase the demo data stored on your browser; use its reset controls or your browser settings for that data.
For a refund, use the Refund policy and explicitly request it. For personal information held by the business, use the privacy contact process. Legal record-retention obligations may continue after a purchase or account ends.

Effective version: October 5, 2026.
MarginDock is operated by JOAO VICTOR DA SILVA DE SOUZA 47235623896, CNPJ 46.481.328/0001-78, at the address on the Business information page. Contact: suport@MarginDock.com. The service is a seller-workspace product for pricing estimates, manual stock records and manual dispatch organization.
The six 30-day plans are Launch US$19.90, Growth US$32.90, Pro US$49.90, Scale US$79.90, Business US$129.90 and Portfolio US$199.90, charged in USD. The selected plan defines record capacity per operation, the number of separate operation workspaces and included tools, as shown in the pricing comparison. Payment is one-time and the period begins at successful payment confirmation. No automatic renewal or extra merchant charge is added to the displayed offer. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion costs.
Review the total, product and payment provider before authorizing a purchase. An email access request alone is not a payment, paid account or purchase confirmation. Any changed offer must be disclosed before a separate authorization.
The Access & delivery, Refund policy and Expiry & cancellation pages form part of these terms. Login instructions are delivered by email after confirmed payment. Full refunds may be requested within 14 calendar days as explained in the commercial refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You are responsible for accurate costs, fees, quantities, dates and status updates, and for checking your marketplace and carrier conditions. Calculations are estimates. They are not official tariffs, tax filings, accounting advice or a promise of profit. Use the service lawfully and only enter records you are authorized to manage.
This version does not automatically connect to a marketplace, synchronize stock, purchase carrier services, issue official shipping labels, monitor live shipment events or create fiscal documents. Platform names identify possible sales channels only; they do not imply an endorsement or partnership.
The public browser-local demo supports up to five separate operations, each with 1,000 products and 2,000 order records, subject to browser capacity. Paid plan capacities are listed in the pricing comparison. Keep exported backups; browser storage availability and record recovery are not guaranteed. These limits do not remove responsibility for delivery of the purchased service or any non-waivable legal responsibility.
Do not enter payment-card details, account passwords or confidential customer information in inventory, order or support fields. Do not use the tools to falsify fulfillment evidence, conceal prohibited sales, impersonate a platform or bypass its rules. Browser-local access is not a substitute for marketplace authorization.
Contact support with the purchase reference to resolve service or billing issues. These terms respect applicable Brazilian law and any mandatory protections or jurisdictions that apply to a customer. They do not require you to waive non-waivable remedies. New versions apply prospectively and do not rewrite completed purchases.

The controller for business-held personal information is JOAO VICTOR DA SILVA DE SOUZA 47235623896, CNPJ 46.481.328/0001-78. The business address is on the Business information page. For privacy requests, contact suport@MarginDock.com.
The interactive workspace stores manual records for separate operations and the selected language in browser local storage when available. Those records are not uploaded by this HTML page or automatically shared with us. Backups include all saved operations; CSV files contain the data you choose to export. Restoring a backup reads the file you select locally and replaces the current operation collection after confirmation.
Avoid customer personal information in order references and tracking notes. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to read local records. Use a trusted device and keep backups secure.
When you make a purchase or send support email, the business may receive your name, email, order reference, purchase amount, payment status, access-delivery records and the message you send. The contact form prepares an email draft; it does not submit the message to a website server.
Card details are entered at the payment provider, not into this page. Do not send them by email. A payment provider processes transaction data under its own policy and legal obligations. A purchase route identifies that provider before payment is authorized.
Business-held information is used to perform a purchase contract, deliver access, provide support, handle refunds, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Where appropriate under applicable law, processing may rely on legitimate interests with safeguards or on consent. Information may be handled by the payment and email providers needed for those purposes, and by authorities where legally required.
We do not describe demo records as cloud-synced data, and this supplied page does not include advertising pixels or external analytics. If hosted, the hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address and access logs under its hosting arrangements.
Local records remain until you replace or clear them, your browser removes them, or storage becomes unavailable. Business-held purchase and support records are kept as needed for the contract, support, dispute resolution and applicable legal retention duties; contact us for the criteria applicable to your request.
Payment, email or hosting providers may operate in other countries. Any business-controlled international transfer must use an applicable lawful mechanism and safeguards.
You may request access, correction, deletion where permitted, information about sharing and other applicable data rights through suport@MarginDock.com. We may request proportionate identity verification. Legal obligations may prevent immediate deletion of some transaction records. See the Data rights / LGPD page for a practical request guide.

Practical boundaries for records, payments and marketplace work.
Effective version: October 5, 2026.
Use a current browser on a trusted device. Public-demo operations are separate local record collections, not authenticated team accounts. Anyone using the same browser profile may access them. Protect exported backups and keep another copy of important business records.
Do not type card numbers or security codes into this website’s forms or support email. When you authorize a purchase, verify the payment provider and total on the external checkout. Paid access and delivery records belong to the actual purchase system; a local order row is not evidence that a payment occurred.
Follow the rules of the marketplace, carrier and jurisdiction where you sell. Use authorized product and order records. This independent tool does not grant permission to sell restricted goods, bypass seller-account limits or represent an affiliation with a platform.

A practical way to ask about personal information held by the business.
Effective version: October 5, 2026.
Subject to applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD where relevant, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, deletion or anonymization where available, and other rights provided by law. Where processing depends on consent, you may ask about withdrawing it and its consequences.
Email suport@MarginDock.com with the subject “MarginDock — Privacy request”. State the right you want to exercise and the email associated with your purchase or support contact. Give only the details needed to find the relevant records. Do not send a password or complete payment-card number.
We may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the records concern you. We review requests within applicable legal timelines and explain if a legal obligation or another lawful limitation prevents fulfilling part of a request. Deleting personal data does not automatically reverse a charge.
We cannot remotely read or delete demo records held only on your browser. Use your browser settings or demo reset controls, after exporting any records you want to keep. For data held independently by your marketplace, carrier or payment provider, contact that service as well.
